deepseek-reasoner is untested — stay on deepseek-chat.

Get a key

  1. Sign in at platform.deepseek.com.
  2. Create an API key.
  3. Keep billing / balance in good standing if required.

Connect in PlayOn

  1. Settings → In-app agents → DeepSeek.
  2. Paste the DeepSeek API key.
  3. Use deepseek-chat.
  4. Save and verify with a short tool-using chat.

Notes

  • PlayOn uses DeepSeek’s OpenAI-compatible API.
  • Prefer chat models that support tools for server management.
